We recommend purchasing a package of 2 and here's why: With the two different weight options, the Changeup Circle®  provides a great way for pitchers to keep the correct motion, and when alternating between the 5oz and weighted Changeup Circles®  (8oz, 10oz), and then to a regular baseball, you really create the ultimate feel for the pitch/throw.  If you work with all ages, the 3 pack would be the way to go.

The 5oz Red Changeup Circle® is designed for all age groups.

The 8oz Yellow Changeup Circle®, although great for all ages, is recommended for ages 13 and under. The increased weight helps  players learn how to throw a correct changeup and create drag/fiction.

The 10oz Green Changeup Circle®  is recommended for ages 14 and up and is a good weight for developing proper technique for older players.
